Why LP4Y?

An emergency for Young adults

Jean-Marc and Laure Delaporte-Demeure

“For close to 25 years we worked in Europe, advising heads of large companies and their teams at all the key moments of the companies’ existence.

Then, for 12 months, from September 2008 to September 2009, we travelled the world, with our family, meeting

Young adults.

Motivated by our experiences and research, and the strength and enthusiasm of family and friends, we decided, without delay, to establish a first business incubator in the Philippines for Young adults facing extreme exclusion”.

Manila, Sunday November 2009

Vision

Young adults facing extreme exclusion are capable entrepreneurs of their Life Project as long as someone gives them a smile, a supporting word, room to grow, and trust.
